Activity checks are a good way to ensure that we know who is active and who is not. They also help us keep track of all the characters on the forum and who plays which of those characters.
If you do not post in one of the activity checks, you will not be given prizes for celebrations, nor will you be allowed to participate in contests or events. You also will not be given a high position as you will be considered too inactive to hold one.
Please post on the activity check with the proper code. If there are characters you no longer wish to play, but don't want to adopt, then it's best to post about them in the activity check so their application and account can be properly dealt with.
Should you miss a single activity check, worry not! Your characters will be marked inactive, but should you return, that piece will be wiped from their accounts. However, missing a second activity check will result in the deletion of your character accounts (not your OOC account). Their names will be freed up again, and if you return and choose to play your old characters again, they will have to be renamed. The characters will be considered "missing" in-character, rather than dead.
If someone who plays a high position misses an activity check, their character will be temporarily replaced. If a high position roleplayer informs us of their inability to be online, their character will be temporarily replaced until their return. If they do not return within two months, the replacement will become permanent.
