Please also note that there are a few prefixes/suffixes used in the books that are not on this list. If you actually care enough to use things that I don't see at all useful or easy to use, go right ahead, just be prepared to put some proof up if they're not on this list. Also keep in mind that, as long as it makes sense (can be explained with reason), then many prefixes can be used as suffixes and vice-versa.
